Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume.
We use USPS priority mail shipping. A tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number, that was used to place the order.
We ONLY offer FREE SHIPPING if you are in USA. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING last more than two weeks approximately. All orders are charged in USD.
Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 10 days of order arrival.
Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered.
Notice that you need to pay for your shipping back if you are returning an item.
A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
